Choosing the Right Online Poker Table

When you have read and understood the basic poker rules, practiced and decided what poker game you want to play and how much you want to bet, then you need to decide on what poker table you are going to join. Lets imagine that at a certain site you have a choice fo some 20 tables, then there are certain things you should look for when deciding on joining a table.

Decide on how you are going to play first. If you are going to play tight then look for a table that is pretty aggressive, where there is a heavy risk taker who ha a big stack at his table. You might want to choose a tight table were you will do better at bluffing.

Most of the poker sites will give you information about the tables like how many players are ata a table, what the average pot size is and what the players chip counts are. Some sites may even tell you how long players have been at a certain table.

Most tables have a minimum buy in. If you are looking for a loose table, or a tight one, depending on how you want to play then look for a table that is short handed, and where the players have large stacks. Look for pots that are higher than most of the tables listed and try to find a table where large stacks have been sitting with the players for some time.
